My three star award is not relevant. I only am afraid of Mr. PRESIDENT Joe Biden's politics, commander in cheif of the U.S.A. army, despite I'm a good guy in Switzerland.

Awesome staff and professionals. Easy to get appointments. Easier follow up appointments. Literally had no problems.

Literally anywhere else is going to be a better place to go. They do not have a working phone or fax line, so basic things like scheduling and getting prescriptions filled is impossible. The only way you can really get anything done is by showing up physically., and hope nothing changes before your next appointment. The doctors are all completely hit or miss and they don't keep track of records well, which isn't great considering it's all recently graduated med students that are only doing one year rotations each. If you didn't have mental health problems before dealing with all this, you will after.

The department seems understaffed but those I worked with were very helpful in getting me in. I had ad issue with billing & insurance, but that was easily resolved with a phone call. Very helpful overall.

Good luck getting a hold of someone, having someone pick up the telephone, or answer your pharmacy's faxes. Their doctors and staff on more than one occasion, have just shut down phone lines on weekdays and stopped responding. The actual hospital general/information line also does not pick up calls. The hospital is also not in a safe part of town, and judging from the service, are below par of even federal standards.
